Submitting More Characters

About Additional Characters…

In Arcana there is no character limit; this means you can have as many characters as you want! You can have as little as 1 or as many as 25, it all depends on what you want. The mods won’t stop you. Go on, try us.

When it comes to new characters, there will be no character slots and no cooldowns. What does this mean? It means you can submit new characters whenever you want for free. We do ask you to be reasonable in doing this; if you try submitting multiple characters a day, or a character every day, the mods will tell you to slow your roll for a bit. There’s no minimum time limit you have to wait between submitting new characters, just please don’t overwhelm us!

On a similar token, if you would like to remove one of your characters, just let the mods know so we can take care of that for you. Swaps are not a thing in Arcana, so you can replace your old character whenever you please.

Submitting a new character is very simple--all you have to do is place your application in the App Submissions channel. That’s it!

This is not a rule, but we do ask you to please have patience when it comes to waiting for your characters to be accepted. We won’t make you wait a long time, but since we allow free new characters, there may be times where we get a lot of applications at once. If this happens, please give us a few days to accept your character.
